Yesterday was my first day back at work from a week of vacation leave. We started with a morning walk before going to work. Then, my job requires me to walk around the building to check in with people and inspect the property. It appears my walking increased more than in previous days.
I have also done a better job of eating than in the past few months. Today, I’ll pick up another salad and some vitamin C supplements. I already take USANA vitamin D and fish oil.
