Another not very active day. I mostly worked on my to do list. Most of my walking was going around checking on things.
One of the things I check is the mail. I received my order of USANA supplements. I’m taking BiOmega for good cholesterol. I just started on vitamin D, which I’ve learned most people are deficient. I’ll be adding a multivitamin for my daughter on the next order.
