I started the day watching my granddaughter while Mrs Mata and my daughter went to shop for groceries. I think I had some allergy pill left over from last night. I was extremely sleepy and went to bed when they returned. I slept heavily until noon.
After waking up, I spent most of the day reading posts on Hive and curating. It wasn’t a very active day. By evening, I asked Mrs Mata if she wanted to go walking in the park. She accepted. We walked a bit more than 30 minutes.
Upon returning, we took showers and sat down for some cheese cake with coffee. Now we are winding down and getting ready for tomorrow.
I will attempt to go for a walk tomorrow during my lunch break. Eight laps around the inside my building add up to one mile. That should help me increase my step count. It was sad to realize I was walking less than 2000 steps per day. I’m glad Actifit brought this to my attention.
